$100 Amazon Gift Card Giveaway Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: The drawing for a chance to win a $100 Amazon gift card (the “Drawing”) is open to legal residents of the United States, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Entry Period: The Entry Period for the Drawing begins at 12:00 a.m. PST on May 1, 2024 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PST on December 31, 2024 (the “Entry Period”).
How to Enter: To enter the Drawing, participants must complete the form above to join the Ed2Grow community. Limit one entry per person.
Prize: One (1) winner will be randomly selected each month from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Each winner will receive one (1) $100 Amazon gift card. The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $500.
Winner Selection: Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted within 5 days following the end of each month. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Notification: Winners will be notified via email within 2 days of the drawing date. Winners must respond to the notification within 10 days to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within the specified timeframe or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
Prize Delivery: The $100 Amazon gift cards will be delivered to the winners via email within 5 days of verification.
Publicity: By accepting the prize, winners grant Ed2Grow the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
General Conditions: Ed2Grow reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Drawing if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the Drawing, as determined by Ed2Grow in its sole discretion. By participating in the Drawing, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Ed2Grow, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Drawing.
Release: By participating in the Drawing, participants release Ed2Grow and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising out of or related to participation in the Drawing or receipt or use of any prize.
Governing Law: The Drawing and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
